Overview

A user experience project typically encompasses the following activities:

Overview

Enterprise user experience design presents unique challenges. User expectations are driven by consumer-grade software experiences, and enterprise applications often fall short. Usability Testing

Our methodology is founded on prominent theories of user acceptance of technology in enterprise IT. We are adept at uncovering individual, demographic, cultural, process and technical factors that impact objective usability, subjective appeal, and program features. During the formative research phase, drivers of user acceptance are discovered and key tests of user experience are identified. Follow-up evaluations are repeated at intervals throughout the project, from early wireframe and design testing through structured task-oriented usability tests.
